This is a Sources Sought / Request for Information notice for market research only, not a solicitation, issued by the 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Lackland. The government is seeking vendors capable of supplying a Solid-State Media Disintegrator (SSMD-2MM) that is listed on the NSA Evaluated Products List and meets specific technical specifications for destruction capability, size, operation, safety, and maintenance. The device must meet requirements including a maximum footprint of 27.5" x 43", a maximum height of 49", a maximum weight of 1,200 lbs, operating noise at or below 85 dB, a 3-phase air filtration system, 200–240V electrical input, and a minimum 1-year warranty. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement containing company information, UEI/CAGE codes, business size, and product details confirming NSA listing and compliance with all salient characteristics.
