The government seeks information on non-functional training weapons used for weapon handling, familiarization, and instructional activities. These devices replicate the form and mechanical manipulation of duty-style weapons but cannot chamber, fire, or be converted into functional firearms. The requirement includes M14 trainers and an M4-style configuration, used exclusively for hands-on training without live-fire capability. Interested parties are asked to fill out the attached RFI document, with referenced attachments including salient characteristics and a statement of work.
