The contractor must perform 38 National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) VE inspections on unfired pressure vessels across Joint Base San Antonio, TX. Performance locations include JBSA–Lackland AFB, JBSA–Ft. Sam Houston, and JBSA–Randolph AFB. The contractor must provide all labor, services, materials, and transportation needed for the inspections. The effort is intended to comply with AFI 32-1068 and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements that Type VE inspections be performed every three years.
