The Air Force Drug Testing Laboratory (AFDTL) at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, Texas requires thermal transfer labels for tracking approximately 800,000 forensic toxicology specimens annually. This will be a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The labels must be white, permanent adhesive, 1-3/4 x 3/4 inches, packaged 6,000 per roll, and compatible with Zebra ZT610 printers. Up to 800 rolls are expected to be ordered per year. Performance of services will be at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, Texas.
