Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This solicitation is for the removal and replacement of the Hole 18 Golf Cart Bridge (B490) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland with a structurally sound, pre-fabricated bridge. The work must be performed at JBSA Lackland. All details, including special notes and instructions, are contained in the attached Request for Quote and Performance Work Statement. Questions from vendors must be submitted no later than Thursday, 2 April 2026 at 12:00 PM CST. Proposals must be completed using the attached RFQ document and submitted via email to the specified points of contact.
