This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation or confirmation the Government will contract for the items contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources for a Small Business set-aside for the solicitation, and in determining whether this approach to secure contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to this notice will not be returned. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES: The contractor shall provide 108 Golf Carts in support of the 2026 Great Texas Air Show (see DRAFT - Statement of Work Golf Carts). Interested contractors may provide the completed Sources Sought Notice to marilyn.hockersmith.1@us.af.mil and mercedes.perez.1@us.af.mil no later than 28 January 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Note: If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
