The offer due date is being extended to 27 January 2026, 1:00 PM CST. 2. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. =============================================================================================== This is a requirement for Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) Assessment and Repairs.The Government intends to award this requirement as a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA will be established with a maximum of three (3) responsible Contractors whose quotes conform to the requirements outlined in this RFQ and are most advantageous to the Government based on the best value determination. Period of Performance: The proposed BPA will have a five-year ordering period, from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2031. Place of Performance: Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston, and Camp Bullis. Response Due Date. Sources Sought Notice HVAC Assessment and Repair Services The Government is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify contractors having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) assessment and repair services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas. The intention is to procure these services through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform assessments and repairs on various HVAC systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following systems: Air Handler Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units, Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP), Chillers and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. NAICS Code: 561210- Facilities Support Services Period and Place of Performance: The proposed BPA will have a five-year ordering period, from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2031 and will cover JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Randolph, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, and JBSA-Camp Bullis.
