Updated Performance Work Statement to inclue additional amemities: Golf and Spa Services 2. Update the amount of childern attending from 45 to 32. The 37th Training Group True North Religious Support Team (RST) has a requirement for a non-personal services hotel/resort contract to suport their resiliency retreat event. The specific requirements is for the vendor to provide hotel accommodation for 48 adults and 45 childern (24 rooms for one (1) night) from August 1-2, 2025. The rooms will be any combination of king or two double beds. In addition, they are to provide two (2) catered buffet meals for dinner on Friday, 1 August and for breakfast on 2 August in two separate conference rooms; and entertainment activity and other services (i.e. round of golf and spa services). The facility must include apprppriate leisure activities on site.
