The purpose of the amendment is to change the conference room usage on 30 Aug 2025 from 8:00am - 1:00pm to 8:00am - 11:00am and attach the children listing. Amendment #1 to PWS and Children Listing are attached. The 37th Training Group True North Religious Support Team (RST) has a requirement for a non-personal services hotel/resort contract to support their resiliency retreat event. The specific requirements is for the vendor to provide hotel accommodation for 36 adults and 35 children (18 rooms for one (1) night) from August 29-30, 2025. The rooms will be any combination of king or two double beds. In addition, they are to provide two (2) catered buffet meals for dinner on Friday, 29 August and for breakfast on 30 August in two separate conference rooms. The facility must include daily use of entertainment activities and other services on site. This is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
