The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and other related items and services necessary to perform technical maintenance support and training services to the 502 CES across JBSA installations on Fort Sam Houston (FSH), Lackland Chapman Annex (LAK CA), Lackland (LAK) and Randolph (RND). All materials and accessories shall be installed in accordance with (IAW) industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations.
