This requirement is to purchase and install Two(2) Vertical Balers for JBSA QRP. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the procurement and installation of 2 (two) new vertical balers, one each at the JBSA-Lackland Recycling Center and the JBSA- Randolph Recycling Center, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition.
