The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to clean the external components of the building’s indoor HVAC ceiling supply, return vents, indoor roofing surface, metal extension beams located at 10-40ft in height throughout designated facilities. This includes all visible surfaces of the vent grilles and immediate surrounding ceiling area affected by airflow dust deposits.
