The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, personnel, supervision, vehicles and other items necessary to perform plumbing repairs at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) lodging facilities... The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, personnel, supervision, vehicles and other items necessary to perform plumbing repairs at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) lodging facilities on Lackland and Randolph. The plumbing repairs required under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) include but not limited to: repair/replace lavatory faucets, commodes/toilets, backflow assemblies, cartridges, flush valves, drains, water pipes, shower stems, wall-mounted drinking fountains, showerheads, repair gas lines, air flows, clean out sewage lines, replace cutoffs, valves, tub assemblies, sink aerators, sinks, urinals, water filter changes on fountains and backflow inspection/certification as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and shall be bonded and licensed in the state of Texas. Contractor will follow manufacturers or industries recommended steps for replacement or repairs. Anything identified during the repair that is outside the assigned task will be reported back to the Government for action.
