This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all labor, material and resources required in accordance with the statement of need to procure, deliver and provide training for ten (10) Avionic Tool Kits, one (1) Oxygen Tool Kit, and multiple Spare Tools.
