The 502 Contracting Office is issuing a Request For Quotes (RFQ) for the Great Texas Freedom Fest Tents, Chairs, Tables, and Lighting/Generators. You will find the required supplies/services within the attached SOW. There is also a map of the required tents attached. Note: All responses must include the attached (filled-in) Solicitation document, and specification sheet. Follow all instructions in the solicitation document. Please submit all responses by the required deadline. Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment was to correct the admin error on the offers due date on the soliictation document to the SAM date. Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to remove and change some clauses as required in Class Deviation (CD) 2025-O0003. With the exception of what was already highlighted for visibility (fill-in boxes), Changes/Additions are highlighted. Another addition was the attachment of the Questions and Answers Sheet. The Statement of Work was updated to reflect the final changes. If you submitted a quote, please review any changes to ensure your quote still aligns with the requested products. Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the expected duties of the on-call POC, and to clarify what should be included in quote pricing.Statement of Work was updated to reflect the final changes. The only change was to section 5. of the SOW. Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the warranty/damage terms, and government POC duties. This amendment overrides the previous amendment. Do NOT include warranty/damage pricing in your quote The Statement of Work (SOW) was updated to reflect the final changes. The only changes were to section 5. and section 4. of the SOW.
