This requirement is to provide Aerospace Medicine Physicians on a rotational/temporary basis to any of the 11 AETC Medical Treatment Facilities/AETC units as a Command-solution to the chronic manning shortage of AD flight surgeons, providing operational medical support across AETC to support the Flying Training Programs at all remote locations. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment was to update Combined Synopsis Solicitation, Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 2 – Schedule of Services and Attachment 3 – Applicable Clauses and Provisions. Additionally, Attachment 6 - Flight Physician Four-FTEs-TDY RFP QandA has been added and the Solicitation closing date has been extended.
