The Government is requesting industry to complete this form, provide feedback to the questions below and provide capability to include current and past performance similar to the scope and magnitude of the PWS requirements in accordance with (IAW) item 2 below. The Government does not desire elaborate documents. Any pricing provided will not be considered. All information provided in response to this Request for Information (RFI) is strictly voluntary.
