This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301625Q0226 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective 08/07/2025, DFARS change notice 01/17/2025 and DAFFARS Change 10/16/2024. The contractor is required to purchase and deliver a brand-name EVAPCO two-cell-induced draft, counterflow closed-circuit fluid cooler (Model No. ATW 238-3J-2, Serial No. M014744) to JBSA FSH. This cooler will serve as a direct replacement for the existing unit to ensure compatibility and continuous operation of the HVAC system supporting Air Force student housing. This requirement covers the purchase and delivery of the unit only; installation is not included. This purchase is being solicited as “Other than Full and Open.” The NAICS code is 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, PSC 4120 Air Conditioning Equipment and the size standard is 1250 Employees.
