Please find attached Questions and Answers document, dated 25 August 2025. ======================================================================================================================================= This is a Request for Quotation to interested Small Business Vendors for the purchase, delivery, and replacement of Liebert Condenser Coil, located in Building 2225, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Fort Sam Houston (FSH). Replacement will encompass the supply and installation of all necessary components. Work shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal/Local codes, manufacturer standards and specifications. The government will not provide any equipment, materials or labor for installation. Interested vendors shall respond to this Solicitation IAW the attached documents and instructions to offerors. A site visit will be held at B2225, JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX 78234 on 19 August 2025 – 10:00 a.m. CST. All individuals wishing to attend must submit a request for base access no later than 12:00 pm CST on 14 August 2025. Refer to each attachment for additional details and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, for specific Proposal Preparation and Format Instructions. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to: Charles Woyome at charles.woyome.2@us.af.mil, and Lauren Macias at lauren.macias.1@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00pm CST, 29 August 2025 in order to be considered timely. All questions must be submitted in writing through email no later than 21 August 2025 at 12:00 Pm CST. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
