Publish Questions and Answers (Q&A) resulted from the site visit conducted on 12 August 2025. 2. Revise Statement of Work to include Q&A information dated 19 August 2025. _________________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 1 - The RFQ has been amended to extend the solicitation submission date from 18 August 2025 to 25 August 2025. Amendment 2 will consist of a Questions & Answers document, including answers from the site visit, and will be posted no later than the end of the business day on August 20, 2025. _________________________________________________________________________ This is a Request for Quotation to interested Small Business Vendors for the purchase, delivery, removal, installation and disposal of the three (3) Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Condensers System with Heat Pump located in Building 2261, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Fort Sam Houston (FSH). Installation will encompass the supply and installation of all necessary components. Work shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal/Local codes, manufacturer standards and specifications. The government will not provide any equipment, materials or labor for installation. Interested vendors shall respond to this Solicitation IAW the attached documents and instructions to offerors. A site visit will be held at 2405 Gun Shed Rd, B2261, JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX 78234 on 12 August 2025 – 1:00 p.m. CST. All individuals wishing to attend must submit a request for base access no later than COB 7 August 2025. Refer to each attachment for additional details and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, for specific Proposal Preparation and Format Instructions. All questions must be submitted in writing through email no later than 14 August 2025 at 10:00 a.m CDT. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered.
