The solicitation number is FA301625Q0188 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective 08/07/2025, DFARS change notice 01/17/2025 and DAFFARS Change 10/16/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This requirement is for the purchase of Brand Name Raypack and AERCO Boilers with services incidental IAW the associated Statement of Work (SOW) and Justifcation and Approval. Overview: This requirement is for the removal and replacement of existing boilers and associated components within Building 1377 at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX. This project encompasses two distinct boiler replacement tasks: one involving Raypak boilers and the other involving an AERCO boiler. The aim is to restore reliable heating to the administration office, dormitories, and other sections of the facility. PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED RFQ FOR SPECIFIC SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS/INSTRUCTIONS AND KEY DATES TO INCLUDE A SITE VISIT.

The information obtained will be used to identify potential contractors that are able to provide all the equipment and incidental services in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).
