Inclusion of Questions and Answers and Q1 attachment resulting from the site visit conducted on May 13, 2025. 2. Extension of the period of performance from 30 days to 45 days. 3. Revision of the Statement of Work (SOW) dated May 20, 2025. 4. Extension of the solicitation due date from May 26, 2025, to May 28, 2025. All other terms and conditions the solicitation (#FA301625Q0134) shall remain unchanged. Please see the attached Amendment 0001 and a copy of the solicitation FA301625Q0134 for further details. Offerors are instructed to acknowledge receipt of this amendment with their proposal submission. ========================================================================== This is a Request for Quotation to interested Small Business Vendors for removal, replacement, and disposal of the Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Fill and Drift Eliminators for four (4) Cooling Tower Cells, Model # AT 224-018 (Evapco Serial #11-410727 and Serial #11- 410728), at Building 498, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Interested vendors shall respond to this Solicitation IAW the attached documents and instructions to offerors. A site visit will be held at JBSA Randolph AFB, TX on 13 May 2025, 11 am CST. All individuals wishing to attend must submit a request for base access no later than 9 May 2025, by 13:00 p.m. CST. Refer to each attachment for additional details and Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, for specific Proposal Preparation and Format Instructions.
