The intent of this notice is to provide the pre-solicitation notice required by FAR Subpart 5.2- Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions in preparation for the release of the Request for Quote (RFQ) at a later date. This is a Pre-solicitaaion Notice for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services to perform Tree Assessment, Trimming,and Removal services to include chipping, stump grinding or removal and disposal at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)- Randolph, Texas. At this time, no question will be addressesd. Comments are acceptable; however, responses to comments will not be provided.
