Addendum 2: The purpose of the Addendum 2 is to extend the solicitation to 17 April 2025. Please use Attachment 6 Questions pdf to submit any and all questions to government by deadline of 8 April 2025 as stated on page 1 of solicitation. Please use Addendum 2 to add all information asked on pg 1. Site Visit Opportunity added: A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. CDT on Thursday, 3 April 2025 Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. We will begin at Bldg 191 and move on to Bldg 10215. To obtain an installation access pass to enter JBSA Chapman Annex, TX, offerors must contact the Contract Officer, Belinda Tindal, belinda.tindal.1@us.af.mil and provide the following information no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled site visit. a. Name of your company b. Name(s) of personnel (limited to 2 individuals) who will attend, if applicable c. Each individuals driver’s license number or ID Number d. Drivers License Country and State of issue for each individual e. Each individuals date of birth (DOB). After submitting the above information no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled site visit, the contractor will secure the temporary base pass from the Visitor's Center located at the Luke East Gate (Highway 90 and Military Drive), 2602 Luke Blvd., JBSA Lackland, TX 78236. ** Offerors are strongly advised to retrieve installation access passes as early as possible on the day of scheduled site visit. ** Requests not sent 10 days prior to scheduled site visit will not be reviewed or considered. ** Installation access passes shall be returned to the Government representative upon completion of the scheduled site visit.
