The Government is canceling the solicitation to better define the requirement based on industry questions. In addition, the Governments requirement has changed since the solicitation was posted so the Government needs to address the new requirements. Based on the changes, the Government will reevaluate the acquisition strategy and may or may not repost this solicitation on Sam.gov. NO OFFERS ARE DUE ON 18 MAR 2025.
