Description: In accordance with (IAW) AFI 32-6000, Housing Management, the contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to operate the JBSA Furnishings Management Section (FMS). Furnishings and appliances movement shall be for all Unaccompanied Housing (UH) designated student facilities: Permanent, Pipeline/Technical Training, Basic Military Training (BMT) dormitories, Family Housing (FH), General Officer Quarters (GOQs) and Fire Stations sleeping/lounge units throughout JBSA. JBSA is one installation with 5 geographical separated sections within the local San Antonio area to include Lackland, Chapman Training Annex, Port San Antonio, Camp Bullis Training Annex, Fort Sam Houston, and Randolph and Seguin Fire Station Annex. The contractor shall provide furnishing and appliance movement services including uploading, extracting, and maintaining data within the Enterprise Military Housing (eMH) database. These services may include assembly, disassembly, installation, pick-up, and delivery of all required furnishings and appliances and when necessary, refrigerant extraction prior to issuing non-working refrigerator units to JBSA Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) section located at Ft Sam Houston. Prior to removal and delivery of furnishings, the contractor shall ensure all items are thoroughly inspected for cleanliness and free of debris. 9.
