SOURCES SOUGHT This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation or confirmation the Government will contract for the items contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources for a Small Business set-aside for the solicitation, and in determining whether this approach to secure contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to this notice will not be returned. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICE: The contractor shall provide all personnel, maintenance and delivery of 77 Golf Carts to Randolph Air Force Base in support of the 2024 Great Texas Air Show: 67 Each – Gas – 4 passenger golf carts 10 Each – Gas – 6 passenger golf carts The following information is requested in this Sources Sought: Name and address of the firm UEI number and CAGE Code (valid System for Award Management (SAM) is MANDATORY Your firm’s point of contact (name, phone number, and email address) Your firm’s business size status (small or large) (including Women-Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned or HubZone, if applicable). If claiming small business status, the information must be verifiable in SAM. Interested contractors may provide the above information to aja.lynch@us.af.mil and elizabeth.martinez.7@us.af.mil no later than 18 January 2024 at 9:00 a.m. CST Information submitted must be in sufficient detail as to allow for a thorough Government review of firm’s interest and capabilities. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
