This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 and in conjunction with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the Brand Name “Breaking Bread with Daily Mass Propers” 2024 edition (published by Oregon Catholic Press) for the 502d Air Base Wing Chapel Office in support of Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Chapels. Provide a quote for the requirement listed in the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes from small business vendors will be accepted. Quotes must be in the format provided in this RFQ. Quotes must be submitted via email and in accordance with this RFQ to be accepted. Quotes should be submitted by email to Aja Lynch, Contract Specialist at aja.lynch@us.af.mil and Gary D. Beck, Contracting Officer at gary.beck@us.af.mil not later than 1:00 pm Central Daylight Time, 10 October 2023. Quotes must include unit and extended prices as well as estimated delivery for all line items. The Quoter should complete page 1 of this solicitation, fill-in clauses, and include all applicable discount terms in quoted pricing.
