The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed-priced purchase order on a sole-source basis to Mapco, Inc. for the lease of a temporary trailer providing swing space for 802d FSS, Force Development Flight, Education and Training Section. Period of performance: 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2027 The proposed action is for delivery of the required product which the Government intends to solicit from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). Interested persons may identify their capabilities and respond to the requirement NLT 12:00 PM Central, 28 June 2024. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
