This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal services in which the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, and transportation necessary for performing operations of the Official Mail Center (OMC), Postal Service Centers (PSC), Central Mail Room (CMR), and mail delivery to Activity Distribution Offices (ADOs) at JBSA-Lackland and other nearby locations to JBSA Lackland, AFB TX. This service requires that the contractor and its personnel have current SECRET clearances at the start of the contract, 1 Jun 2024. Requirement will be 100% solicited competitively to 8(a) eligeible contractors. The Government will only accpet offers from 8(a) eligible business concerns. All responsible 8(a) eligible business concerns may submit a proposal in response to the RFP which shall be considered by the contracting agency.
