Per the RFQ Paragraph 1, this requirement is a SDVOSB Set-Aside NOT a SDVOSB Sole Source. This requirement will be competed. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.Installation of a 24-strand Single Mode (SM) all dielectric Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) from Information Transfer Building (ITB) 7065 to service Edge Buildings (EBs) 7356 and 7358. (1) 12-strand to Edge Building (EB) 7356 and (1) 12-strand to EB 7358 along with associated fiber optic distribution panels in ITB 7065, EB 7356, and EB 7358, plus all associated splicing and terminations. In addition to support the installation of the 12-strand to each EB, the Contractor shall install approximately 370 feet of three 3X3? (Total of 9) Geo-textile fabrics and a new 19-inch wall mounted cabinet in each EB (2 Total).
