Amendment 19 Auig 2024: The purpose of the amendment is to provide responses to industry generated questions from the site visit that took place Thursday 15 Aug 2025. Amendment and Q&A document attached. The scope of this effort includes s the demolition of the existing space in the 502 TDS warehouse building, and the procurement and installation of a temporary modular facility and its ancillary components in the 502 TDS warehouse building. The Contractor shall complete the following tasks in support of this effort: ? Task 1: Demolish the existing 30 ft x 17 ft x 9 ft (L x W x H) existing office space which has been found to contain hazardous material including lead-based paint and asbestos. This work shall include the collection and disposal of all debris and remnants off-site. ? Task 2: Provide and install a pre-engineered temporary modular facility within the following size tolerances: o Length: 30 ft – 32 ft o Width: 17 ft – 19 ft o Height: 9 ft ? Task 3: Provide and install fencing as specified for safety and security.
