This is a temporary extension based on the site visit that was held on 24 Jul 2024 and resulted in a potential need for revisions to the Statement of Work. Revisions, if any, will be uploaded under a separate amendment at a later date. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the attached Question and Answer (Q&A) information and schedule a site visit. A single optional site visit will be held at 2130 Gary Ave, Bldg. 5004, JBSA-Lackland, TX, 78236 on 24 Jul 2024, at 10:00 AM CDT. It is highly encouraged that contractors allow ample time to access the JBSA-Lackland Visitor Control Center as delays will likely be encountered. All desired attendees must provide the following infomration to both RFQ POCs no later than 2:00 PM CDT, 19 Jul 2024: Visitor’s name Date of birth Country of birth Identification type State or Country of Issue The Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, parts, supervision, labor, transportation, and other items necessary to bring a Coleman automated car wash to full functionality and safety and prevent/minimize future need for repairs. The damages are the result of a winter freeze and rodent infestation. The wash rack system was installed around 2008/2009. See attachments for more details.
