The 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), TX, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following scope of work. Description of Product: High Pressure Washer and Trailer has the following characteristics. Hot water pressure washer needs to have an on-board heating plant to heat water that is to be used in its application to aircraft parts and surfaces. This hot water pressure water requires a trailer or vehicle towable cart of some kind to be fully mobile for periodic delivery from a particular storage location to the aircraft wash station and back. A trailer or mobile cart should include on board 100+ feet of high-pressure water hoses (2) and reels (2) to reach targeted areas, large capacity water tank between 150 – 250 gallons, pressure washer plumbing, ball valves, high pressure trigger gun with wand and nozzles and the unit should include a clean out filter/system. (Please see Statement of Need (SON) for more info) All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified Contractors that can provide/perform the stated in the Statement of Need. The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333912 Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing, all materials, manufacturing Size Standard in Millions of Dollars: $12.5M.
