AETC requires a renewal of their Gitlab Software annual subscription that expires on 31 July 2024. Gitlab Software and Hosting supports the AETC Graduate Training and Management System (G/TIMS) and failure to acquire the renewal licenses will hinder development practices and introduce unnecessary risks to the code integrity in the AFNET ecosystem. This is a sole source acquisition and is other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1). The associated NAICS is 518210; size standard is $40M. The Government is not accepting proposals at this time from interested parties (see attachment 4). However, to be considered by the Government, interested parties must deliver their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government’s requirement to the Contracting Officer not later than 10:00 AM (Central Daylight Time) on July 8, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
