This SOW identifies the need for the installation of two 12-strand Single Mode (SM) all dielectric Fiber Optic Cable (FOC). Each 12 -strand SM FOC shall originate from Information Transfer Building (ITB) 7065. (1) 12-strand to Edge Building (EB) 7356 and (1) 12-strand to EB 7358 along with associated fiber optic distribution panels in ITB 7065, EB 7356, and EB 7358, plus all associated splicing and terminations. In addition to support the installation of the 12-strand to each EB, the Contractor shall install approximately 370 feet of three 3X3? (Total of 9) Geo-textile fabrics and a new 19-inch wall mounted cabinet in each EB (2 Total).This is a firm fixed price contract in which the contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to complete the specific requirements in accordance with attached Statement of Work. All work shall be performed in accordance with industry and commercial practices, using commercial/industry standard equipment, materials, supplies and tools, and all work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions. This requirement shall not provide partial or progress payments. Copies of all required licenses, certificates and permits shall be provided to the Government upon request.
