Such brand or trade names are not intended to limit or restrict competition, they are only provided to assist interested parties in quoting on this RFQ. Offerors/Quoters must provide brand name, part numbers, documentation, and literature on all equivalent items to clearly show that quoted items meet all Salient characteristics and Technical Factors herein when not quoting exact brand name and exact part numbers/model numbers.
