This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0065 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 and DFARS change notice 03/26/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 334210 and the size standard is 1,250 Employees. This requirement is for Falcon 4.8MM Video Wall Panels & Parts for AFSVC/SVP, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX as stated below and in accordance with Attachment 2 - Schedule of Supplies. Per the RFQ document, generated Questions regarding this requirement during the solicitation phase shall be in writing and directed to the Contract Specialist, Lorenzo Martinez, at lorenzo.martinez.8@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to Ms. Nelda Lopez at nelda.lopez@us.af.mil no later than 9 May 2024 at 1200 (CST). Questions submitted after the question due date will not be accepted. Complete quotation is due NLT 1:00 PM CST on 16 May 2024.
