As referenced to CLIN 0001 Piper Products Flatware & Tray Cart, Model 2ATCA-ST-OSW8, it is required to include on the quote, 8 EA of 159?2701 Silverware Cylinder, 4?1/2" dia. x 5?5/8"H, beige plastic. There is a typo for the Salient Characteristics for this item as it shows 16 EA of 159?2701 Silverware Cylinder, 4?1/2" dia. x 5?5/8"H versus 8 EA. So 8 EA 159?2701 Silverware Cylinder, 4?1/2" dia. x 5?5/8"H, beige plastic are required for each of the 8 Flatware/Tray Cart (total of 64 159?2701 Silverware Cylinder, 4?1/2" dia. x 5?5/8"H, beige plastic). This a brand name or equivalent requirement for Dining Facility (DFAC) kitchen equipment; FLATWAE/TRAY CART, DISH DISPENSER, QUEEN MARY, BUSSING CART, FREEZER RACK, & BUN PAN CABINET .Brand names noted in this Request for Quote (RFQ) are not required. Any brand names, trade names, part numbers and or model numbers used in this RFQ are strictly for the purpose of describing and establishing standards of quality, performance, characteristics and/or specifications desired.
