This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0140 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, DFARS change notice 07/29/2024 and DAFFARS 2024-0612. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors; size standard is $19M dollars. The PSC is N059 – Installation of Equipment – Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a current small business will not be considered for award. This requirement is for the removal of the existing VFD and the transportation and installation of a government-furnished VFD at Building 3820 on JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, TX.
