This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0133 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-05, DFARS change notice 07/29/2024 and DAFFARS DAFAC Change Number 2024-0612. This purchase is being solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside. This requirement is for the removal of existing cameras and the purchase and installation of four (4) new cameras at Bldgs.: 100, 55, and 28 located at JBSA RAND, TX in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. . The 902d Civil Engineering Squadron (902 CES) requires the purchase,configuration, installation, labeling, and testing of four new (4) Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras to belocated at four (4) separate bldg. locations at JSA Randolph AFB, TX. Contractor shall provide the government with an engineered solution that is compatible with applicable governmentregulations/policies.
