This is a combined synopsis solicitation Notice. Description of the service: The contractor shall provide all licensed labor, tools, hardware, and equipment necessary to complete the removal and installation of a new cooling coil that shall be supplied by 502 CES on air handler unit which is currently on site at Building 1620, JBSA Fort Sam Houston. The contractor shall ensure compatibility and dimensions of the new coil, safely disconnect power, disconnect piping, remove old coil, install new one, inspect and clean mounting area, reinstall panels, pressure test and leak check, confirm proper operation, and maintain a clean work site. The contractor shall comply with all relevant codes, regulations, standards, and criteria. If interested and capable of fulfilling the requirements listed in the statement of work (SOW), please complete the attached RFQ and return to the listed POCs no later than 10:00am CDT, 09 August 2024.
