The CLIN and Request for Quote (RFQ) was revised, please see below the revisions: i. Update the CLIN structure to change Unit of Measure to Each and include the delivery address. ii. Add the evaluation factors listed in pg. 38 FAR clause 52.212-2a. iii. The new RFQ Addendum was created on 4 September 2024 and will be posted in SAM.GOV. c. Include additional POC Ms. Monica Pridgen for any questions or submissions of quote. 2. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. Description of Product: The 26K HelMAS (Airlift Modular Approach Shoring) is adjustable metal ramps for loading cargo on aircraft. All components are at least 36” wide and comply with concentrated load aircraft limitations, they are needed to facilitate rapid loading/unloading of military assets for Agile Combat Employment scenarios during future conflicts and real-world missions. It would decrease aircraft ground times and increase crew survivability in a combat environment.
