*updating to add VTC photos *Final update to reflect Soliciation exention date to Thurs 15 Aug 2024 @ 1300CST* *Updating to reflect Solicitation extention date to Tuesday 13 Aug 2024* *Adding Q&A Response as well as Equimpment list* This requirement aims to modernize the wing conference room by implementing a tech refresh, driven by the need of enhanced efficiency, improved collaboration, and upgraded equipment to meet the evolving technological standards. The contractor shall provide management, labor, equipment, tools, materials, delivery, transportation, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work required within the attached Statement of Work (SOW) (See Attachment 1 for details). Questions will be due by 10:00 A.M. CST on Thursday, 1 Aug 2024, see Attachment 2 “FA301624Q0104 - Conference Room Tech Refresh - Questions and Answers.docx”. The contractor must submit a specification sheet and pictures with their quote.
