The 37 Training Wing (TRW) is requesting replacement and maintenance services of canopies/shade covers to replace the storm damaged ones located at JBSA Lackland, TX. This requirement will be solicited as a firm fixed price 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (PoP: 01 August 2024 - 31 July 2029). NewSolicitation Due Date: 09 July 2024 @ 2 pm CST. Questions and answers will be posted on Monday 24 June 2024. Site Visit: 02 July 2024, at 10:00 am (CST) upon request. A site visit is not required for this solicitation. If a vendor requests a site visit, please submit the information listed below to Belinda B. Tindal (belinda.tindal.1@us.af.mil) and Lance Watters lance.watters.1@us.af.mil) no later than 2pm CST on Thursday, 27 June 2024 (No requests will be accepted after this time/date). The meeting location will be at Lackland King Conference Room, 502d Contracting Squadron/JBKAE; 1655 Selfridge Ave, JBSA Lackland AFB, TX 78236; prior to heading out to the organizations to assess the damage of the canopies.
