Description of service: The contractor will provide all necessary parts including labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, and materials to repair vertical lift stack doors and electric door openers. The contractor shall assess the condition of five specific doors and the electrical function box. The doors will be rehabilitated to a functioning state, with all components inspected and repaired as needed. No modifications to the building will be made. The contractor will comply with all relevant codes, regulations, standards, and criteria. If interested and capable of fulfilling the requirements listed in the statement of work (SOW) please complete the attached RFQ and return to me no later than suspense date NLT 18 April 2024 at 10am. If any questions please have the attached with your RFQ NLT 11 April 2024 at 11am. Site visit will be at 2566 Wilson Way Bldg 4055, Fort Sam Houston, Tx. 78234 on 9 April 2024 – 13:00 am.
