This is a notice of a single source justification to procure services from EATON Corporation for the replacement of auxiliary switch mechanisms internal to Source 1 and Source 2 breakers within an Automatic Trandfer Switch (ATS) that supports a backup generator to a Bldg. located at Joint Base San Antonio. The ATS also requires a thorough cleaning and a diagnostic test to ensure the mechanical and electrical components of the ATS are operational and meet the standards set by EATON.
