The Medical Education and Training Campus (METC), has a requirement for a contractor to deliver through platform/application or virtual library, all Physical Therapy Technician (PTT) Program curriculum e-Books. These product will be incorporated into the METC Physical Therapy Technician Program. The PTT Program has a requirement to purchase 14 different eBooks from two publishers which are Elsevier and F.A. Davis, to include 180 student accounts (eBooks), PLUS 32 instructor accounts from the vendor equal 212 eBooks. PTT Program is requesting 14 different eBooks from two publishers which are Elsevier and F.A. Davis. The vendor must have a delivery systems platform that has all 212 eBooks required. There will be an estimate of 60 students per class, three (3) classes per year, and the course length is six (6) months long. The vendor needs to obtain six (6) months pricing from both publishers. The vendor must provide a solution that DOES NOT require the need to work on the network. The vendor must provide access to the PTT Program instructors by manually generating access codes for each title. The instructors will provide access codes to each student, and each student should be able to create their account with the vendor. Within the platform/application or virtual library, each student should be able to use the online version or may be able to download the eBooks on up to two (2) computers and two (2) mobile devices/tablets. Once downloaded, each student should be able to have access to the eBooks even when offline.
