Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. Notice to Quoters: Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any quote’s costs.

All components are at least 36” wide and comply with concentrated load aircraft limitations, they are needed to facilitate rapid loading/unloading of military assets for Agile Combat Employment scenarios during future conflicts and real-world missions. It would decrease aircraft ground times and increase crew survivability in a combat environment. See attached salient characteristics for detailed information.
