Amendment 0004 The purpose of this amendment is to: - Incorporate the Question and Answers from the site visit into the RFQ. - Contractors are instructed to acknowledge this amendment by signing in the designated area below. A signed copy of this amendment shall be submitted with final quotations, via email, to SrA Abby Hughes, Contract Specialist, at abby.hughes@us.af.mil and SrA Gavin Campbell, Contract Specialist, at gavin.campbell.1@us.af.mil. ============================================================================= Amendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to: - Incorporate the updated Statement of Work - LED Masking Unit - LAK Bowling - Aug 2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ============================================================================= Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to: - Add a site visit. A site visit will be held on 18 August, 2023 at 9:00AM to 10:30AM CST at the Bowling Center. - Base Pass Request form will be due before the 8 August, 2023 at 10:00AM CST. - Extend the RFQ date until Monday August 25th, 2023 at 10:00AM CST. ============================================================================= Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Remove the original Statement of Work and attach the correct Statement of Work dated (April 2023) and 2. Extend the solicitation due date to 4 August 2023 at 12:00PM. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ============================================================================= The contractor shall procure and instal of one (1) 180ft x 7ft P5 LED Masking Unit in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. All work will take place at Skylark Bowling Facility (Bldg 6476), located on JBSA Lackland, TX.
